Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee theme park and cultural tourism projects, responsible for blue sky concept, concept design, and design development ranging from theming concepts, rides layout, landscape planning, and art direction etc.
2. Lead a design team, oversee the segregation of duties, monitor progress, ensure quality control, and provide creative art direction to enhance the team's design capabilities.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering and construction team to validate the feasibility of design. Participate in the design review. Address technical challenges during the design and implementation phases.
4. Stay abreast of developments in the domestic and international theme park and cultural tourism industries, explore the application of new technologies and materials, endeavor to best practices in projects, and elevate project quality and design standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in architectural studies, landscape design or other related disciplines.
2. 20 years or above of working experience in the location based entertainment industry such as theme park, children's play, cultural tourism destinations, and commercial block design projects etc., demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of theme park design.
3. Familiar with design software with a solid knowledge of theme park design standards and regulations.
4. Excellent creative thinking and visual sense.
5. Strong design management and organizational skills with teamwork competency.
6. Demonstrated experience in team management. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire both internal and external teams.
7. Bilingual Competence in English and Chinese is a plus. Foreign nationals are welcome to apply.
